About Bryan

Bryan E. Leib was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in September of 1985. He was raised in a Jewish household while attending Hebrew school on a weekly basis throughout this childhood. He is the first grandson of a Holocaust survivor and a first generation American on his father’s side of the family.

Bryan started his career just a month out of high school when he joined his father’s business. He started in an entry level position and within a couple years, he had moved around to several different departments and ultimately at 24 years old, was named Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the organization. As COO, Bryan was responsible for managing 30+ employees, 20+ vendors and 100+ external attorneys while also managing, growing and maintaining all of the organization’s national accounts to record levels. Bryan’s roster of clients included Major League Baseball, New York Life Insurance, Sun Chemical, Principal Financial Group, the Argo Group and many more Fortune 1000 companies.

History of Success

After a successful stint in the family business, Bryan was suddenly and unexpectedly forced to switch careers for reasons outside of his control. At 25 years old, he had to recreate himself and his career. While many said he would never recover from this major life changing event, Bryan was determined to succeed at all costs. He credits much of his success to this day to his maternal grandmother, Naomi Becker Klein, who supported and encouraged him when he needed it the most. He recalls one day that his grandmother told him “I don’t care what you do next but do something – go drive a cab!”. While he didn’t go on to drive a cab, that statement was just what he needed to push him to keep going.

Throughout this career, Bryan has always prioritized giving back to the community he lives in and the Pro-Israel community. He has done this through serving Board and Committee terms for organizations such as United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, USA 250, National Museum of American Jewish History, City of Philadelphia’s Millennial Advisory Committee, Philadelphia Young Republicans, Charitable Ticket Network, Camden Youth Soccer Club, JNFuture and the Zionist Organization of American – Florida.

In addition, Bryan served as the Co-Chair of the National Museum of American Jewish History’s annual Hanukkah party for three consecutive years in Philadelphia, PA raising over $100,000 for the museum in three years.
